📝 AMDB Security Pro raises $3.1M
News of the Day
Lyon-based engineering startup AMDB Security Pro secured $3.1 million in Seed funding from two American private investors to expand its patented mechanical anti-theft systems for excavators into the United States market. Founded by Pascal Oltra and Kevin Kaarouche, the company manufactures tamper-resistant security devices made from hardened boron steel equipped with 120 dB alarms, GPS tracking, and compatibility with over 100 construction equipment brands. AMDB Security Pro plans to utilize the fresh capital to establish a U.S. subsidiary, scale local operations and hiring, build partnerships with insurers and rental fleets, and extend its R&D into broader heavy equipment categories ahead of a planned full-scale American commercial rollout by 2027.
