This rapid growth, which pushed Bluesky to the top of Brazil's free iPhone app chart, highlights the platform's rising influence, particularly as X faces legal challenges over election disinformation. The situation has also led Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to direct his followers to Bluesky as an alternative.
