Led by industry veteran Remi Schmaltz, the company uses AI to ingest massive technical manuals and work orders, turning fragmented data into instant, accurate answers for service and parts teams. This round follows a significant milestone: the platform now supports over 50% of CNH Industrial’s large dealer locations in North America, demonstrating that even the most "traditional" industries are hungry for high-efficiency digital tools.
