Toronto-based generative engine optimization startup ChatFeatured has raised $2 million in an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round led by Storytime Capital, with participation from Garage Capital and BY Venture Partners. Founded by CEO Farris Nasr, CTO Nithiiyan Skhanthan, and Head of Revenue Ryan Nahas, the five-person company provides a platform that analyzes how major AI chatbots like ChatGPT and Claude cite brands, providing structured website fixes and content strategies to boost company visibility as consumer search shifts toward conversational AI. ChatFeatured plans to deploy the fresh capital to accelerate product development, expand its go-to-market efforts, and scale its core team.
