News of the Day

Chef Robotics, a company established in 2019, has recently secured $14.75 million in a combination of equity and debt funding, bringing its total funding to $22.5 million. The company focuses on food assembly automation rather than cooking, and emphasizes its software, ChefOS, for managing the robot's tasks. Chef Robotics utilizes off-the-shelf hardware components for its automation solutions. Currently, the company has deployed robots in food companies across five cities in the U.S. and Canada, including some Fortune 500 companies. This funding will aid in their go-to-market strategy and team expansion.
