OpenSea has partnered with Coachella to launch three NFT collections that offer both virtual and tangible real-life VIP experiences and merchandise. The first collection, The VIP Pass + Oasis Lounge Keepsake, offers access to the 2024 VIP Festival Pass and its lounge, priced at $1,499 each and limited to 1,000 NFTs. Details on the next two collections will be released later. These NFTs are powered by Avalanche blockchain and aim to provide utility-driven experiences that can help change the perception of NFTs beyond digital profile pictures to include real-world value. This partnership represents a significant step in merging the NFT sector with mainstream music and arts festivals, offering unique, utility-based digital assets to fans.
