CodeAnt AI has raised $2 million in seed funding to accelerate its AI-powered code review platform, with backing from Y Combinator, Uncorrelated Ventures, and others, valuing the startup at $20 million. Founded by Amartya Jha and Chinmay Bharti, the company aims to cut code review turnaround times and bugs by over 50% by integrating real-time feedback and one-click fixes into developer workflows across GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps. Already used by over 50 organizations—including Akasa Air and KukuFM—CodeAnt’s mission is to ensure high-quality code in an era increasingly flooded with AI-generated output.
