📝 Fifth Dimension raises $26M
News of the Day
Fifth Dimension, a London-based decision intelligence startup, has raised $26 million in a Series A round led by HV Capital to scale its AI-native operating system for real assets. This investment, which included participation from Prudence, Mercia, MMC, and AFG, brings the company's total funding to over $40 million. Founded in 2023 by Dr. Kate Jarvis and Johnny Morris, the platform unifies fragmented institutional data from property management systems, deal pipelines, and document repositories into a single, auditable intelligence layer. The company's proprietary AI agent, "Ellie," is designed to handle the high complexity of real estate workflows—such as lease extractions, IC memo drafting, and portfolio variance monitoring—which general-purpose AI tools often struggle to process. According to Fifth Dimension, institutional clients have seen significant operational gains, including a 5x increase in capital deployment capacity and a reduction in month-end close cycles from 10 days to 3. With this new capital, the firm plans to accelerate its expansion into the U.S. and Asia-Pacific markets, including opening a new office in Singapore, while continuing to develop its agentic AI capabilities for global investment managers and family offices.
