📝 Glowtify raises $3.4M CAD
News of the Day
Montréal-based Glowtify has raised a $3.4 million CAD seed round co-led by Accelia Capital and Graphite Ventures, with participation from Telegraph Ventures, Sprout Fund, DevCap, and angel investors, to help e-commerce marketing teams supercharge their holiday campaigns. The startup, which hit $1 million CAD in revenue this year and aims to triple it next year, offers a “command centre” platform that automates marketing insights and content creation for small teams — particularly those generating at least $500,000 annually in online sales. Using AI to generate posts and recommendations from seasonal and industry data, Glowtify helps brands quadruple their content output while cutting down campaign orchestration time. Originally spun out of digital agency Walter Interactive, Glowtify integrates with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo, and ChatGPT, and plans to expand its 25-person team with new AI engineers. With US clients fueling much of its growth, CEO Marc Allard says the company is positioning itself to capture market share amid a cooling Canadian retail climate — and investors like Graphite’s Kevin Madill say Glowtify has built a true “painkiller” solution for e-commerce marketers feeling the holiday crunch.
