📝 JetScale AI raises $4M

News of the Day

JetScale AI has emerged from stealth with $4 million in seed funding to tackle the "double crisis" of skyrocketing cloud costs and the massive carbon footprint of the AI era. Founded by former Dataperformers leaders Mehdi Merai and Gabriel De Lisi, who previously exited their engineering firm to Deloitte, JetScale uses agentic AI to automate the optimization of bloated corporate cloud environments. Unlike traditional dashboard tools that merely flag inefficiencies, JetScale’s platform actively generates reviewable code to remediate idle resources and outdated database versions, aiming to make infrastructure "predictable, efficient, and less wasteful." Backed by a coalition of climate and tech investors, including BDC Capital and Diagram Ventures, the 10-person startup plans to more than double its headcount by the end of 2026 as it scales its operations across North America and Europe to meet the urgent demand for sustainable compute.
