📝 Jetson raises $50M

Jetson has closed a $50 million USD Series A funding round to scale its "smart" electric heat pump technology across North America. The round was led by Eclipse Capital, a firm known for backing complex hardware-software integration, with participation from 8VC, Activate Capital, and returning investors Garage Capital and Active Impact. Founded by the team behind the smart glasses startup North (acquired by Google), Jetson is applying a "Tesla-like" software-first approach to the HVAC industry. The company has already reached over $4 million CAD in monthly revenue since its September 2024 launch, successfully installing more than 1,000 systems across British Columbia, Colorado, Massachusetts, and New York.
