Popular YouTuber MrBeast, known for his large following and high-earning videos, recently experimented with posting a video on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to compare earnings with YouTube. His first X video, "$1 vs $100,000,000 Car," garnered over 150 million views in a week and earned him more than $263,000. This high revenue was attributed to advertisers attracted by the video's attention, potentially resulting in higher earnings per view than typical for the platform. X has a creator revenue share program, and Elon Musk, since acquiring the platform, has expressed a focus on enhancing its video capabilities. Despite this success, MrBeast noted that the revenue from X is relatively small compared to his overall earnings, which include a substantial income from YouTube and potential deals with companies like Amazon.
