B2B trade platform Nuvo has raised a $34M Series A led by Sequoia and Spark, adding to the $11M it quietly secured in a 2022 seed round. Founded by ex-Yelp PM Sid Malladi and Rameez Remsudeen, Nuvo aims to modernize the $11T physical goods trade by replacing faxes and phone calls with a social-like network for businesses to connect, verify credit, and streamline transactions. With 50,000 businesses expected on its network by Q2, including Fender and Southern Glazer’s, Nuvo is betting on network effects to become the Stripe or LinkedIn of B2B commerce.
