The Rounds, a startup delivering recurring grocery and household essentials in reusable packaging, has secured $24 million in Series B funding to fuel product development, hiring, and market expansion. The company, which offers a $10 subscription service for weekly deliveries of household basics, personal care items, and locally-sourced goods, has also introduced new features like one-time purchases and customizable delivery days. Their AI-powered algorithm now provides more accurate predictions for restocking, leveraging data from reusable container returns to enhance sustainability and reduce waste. The recent funding round, led by Moderne Ventures, brings The Rounds' total funding to $66 million as it prepares to expand to additional U.S. markets in 2025.
