Salesforce has announced its acquisition of Zoomin, an enterprise knowledge platform that consolidates product documentation for companies. Founded in 2019, Zoomin uses AI and big data to streamline customer service experiences and counts brands like McAfee and Dell as clients. The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, but Salesforce expects it to close by the end of Q4 FY2025. This acquisition will enhance Salesforce’s Data Cloud platform, helping companies leverage their knowledge bases for AI-driven automation and customer service improvements.
