📝 Sigvi raises $1.3M
News of the Day
Vilnius-based AI car rental platform Sigvi has raised $1.3 million in pre-seed funding led by Superhero Capital, with participation from Lithuanian Business Angel Network (LitBAN) Chairman Vladas Lašas and other angel investors. Founded in 2023 by Vytis Šliažas, Ignas Gibas, and Mindaugas Banaitis, the startup provides an end-to-end AI revenue management layer that aggregates existing second-cycle vehicles from independent operators and private owners, offering queue-free, keyless rentals priced roughly 30% below those of traditional international rental brands. Sigvi utilizes its AI engine to automate dynamic pricing, bookings, keyless 24/7 access, digital vehicle inspections, predictive maintenance, and customer support, while partnering with the Kemi car service network for regular maintenance and seasonal tire updates. Having expanded into Poland in June 2026 with a fleet of over 200 vehicles, Sigvi will deploy the new capital to enhance its AI platform and scale its managed European network to 2,000 vehicles over the next two years.
