📝 Sprinter Health Raises $55M

News of the Day

Max Cohen and Cameron Behar, ex-Google and Facebook engineers, launched Sprinter Health during the pandemic to address a gap in telehealth: patients who still need in-person care. With no healthcare background, they focused on at-home preventive services like blood draws and cancer screenings to re-engage patients disconnected from the system. Sprinter now operates in 18 states, up from 5 in 2023, and has grown revenue sixfold, attracting a $55M Series B led by General Catalyst with backing from a16z, GV, and others. Its logistics tech, likened to Instacart’s, enables efficient routing for its mobile clinical workforce, helping the business achieve sustainable unit economics in a notoriously tough sector.
