Elon Musk is facing a lawsuit from four former Twitter executives, including ex-CEO Parag Agrawal, who claim they are owed over $128 million in severance payments. The lawsuit alleges Musk harbors a "special ire" toward these executives, accusing them of "gross negligence" and "willful misconduct" without providing evidence. This legal action is part of a series of challenges Musk has encountered since acquiring Twitter (now X), including other lawsuits from former employees awaiting severance and disputes over unpaid office rents. The lawsuit suggests Musk's strategy is to withhold payments, compelling others to take legal action against him, despite the financial and emotional toll it may impose.
