📝 Uptime raises $2M
News of the Day
Uptime Industries has raised $2 million in seed funding led by True Ventures to launch Lemony AI, a lunchbox-sized, 65-watt “AI-in-a-box” device designed to run large language models and agents locally, with zero reliance on the cloud. Capable of powering models up to 75 billion parameters and stackable for larger workloads, Lemony targets privacy-conscious sectors like healthcare, finance, and law by keeping all data and computation on-site. Priced at $499/month for up to five users, Lemony already includes partnerships with IBM and JetBrains, and runs on a custom OS, with plans to expand beyond its own hardware. For co-founders Sascha Buehrle and Ivan Kuleshov, the idea sprang from a Raspberry Pi side project, now transformed into a plug-and-play enterprise AI solution built for team autonomy, data control, and scalable adoption.
Startups love to talk about growth.
Topline revenue, new logos, MRR charts going up and to the right 📈

NRR is the real metric that matters. It tells you if your customers actually love your product.
It shows if you’re delivering enough value to expand— Khaled (@dsog)
