Elon Musk’s platform X is expanding its ambitions by developing a video conferencing tool to compete with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. An employee revealed that the company had already held its first internal meeting using the new tool, which received positive feedback. The tool might include features like speaker pinning and unique participant meeting codes. Though no release date has been set, X could integrate this with its live-streaming product, Spaces. As with other X features, privacy and security controls will be critical before a public rollout.
